Electrical CADD

Alternatives and options
Comparing them to each other
Layout or 3D assembly

Electrical CAD Courses

Electrical Computer-Aided Design (ECAD) software is used to create and modify both diagrams and layouts, including both 2D and 3D, in order to design, assess and document electrical Printed Circuit Boards (PCB).

Application

In the development process, ECAD software can be used to:

  1. Explore different iterations of a PCB, either abstractly as a diagram or in full detail as a layout or 3D assembly. Users can build out different alternatives and options, comparing them to each other.
  2. Generate manufacturing documentation, which is released to manufacturing as part of the specification used to source, fabricate and produce PCBs.

Courses

We have courses for each level of expertise or even beginners. If you’re starting out in learning CADD or are familiar with it and know it on some levels, then you’re lucky, we have structured and customised courses as well.

AUTOCAD ELECTRICAL

Overview

AutoCAD Electrical is an Autodesk software specially made for Electrical, Instrumentation and Control System Designers helping designers to: create and modify electrical control systems. pre-programme tasks and comprehensive symbol libraries. promote design automation.

Prerequisites

The students have a very good opportunity as an electrical design engineer if they possess
the skills of AutoCAD Electrical.

Course Objective

The primary objective of this courseware is to teach the student the basic commands necessary for producing professional 2D Schematic & panel drawings. Upon completion of the course, the student will: Become familiar with the AutoCAD Electrical user interface.

REVIT MEP

Overview

REVIT MEP is a building information modelling
(BIM) software that gives mechanical,
engineering, and plumbing experts the greatest
tools for designing complex systems.
The course we will pay attention to the
necessary configuration within a Revit project to
be able to execute electrical calculations. We will
show you how to work with circuits, boards,
voltage types and electrical distribution
systems. You will learn how to extract data from
circuits and create dashboard views that
balance design loads.
